Travis Kelce's Sweet Gesture Has Swifties Wanting Him to Be in His 'Dad Era'

Travis Kelce may be in his “Uncle Trav” era, but fans are pointing to a recent Make-A-Wish moment that proves he’ll one day be a great dad.

On Wednesday, June 12, the Kansas City Chiefs shared a clip on their official Instagram account of several of the players — most notably, quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Kelce — meeting a young boy named Jackson and his siblings on the football field.

“The guys got to spend some time with Make-A-Wish kiddo Jackson yesterday who, after 7 rounds of aggressive treatment, just recently got to say he is officially cancer free,” the Chiefs captioned the heartwarming clip, which featured Kelce, 34, warmly welcoming the kids — calling them “dudes and dudette” — while signing autographs for them and admiring their Chiefs gear. (Jackson’s sister adorably flaunted her “Go Taylor’s Boyfriend” tee to Kelce several times.)

“Thank you, Chiefs!!!!!” Jackson’s family replied in the comments section of the video. “Jackson had such an amazing day and will never forget this. He is so happy. You guys were truly amazing not only for him, but his brother and sister. Core memories made.”

Fans were incredibly touched to see the sweet moment on film, with dozens of uses rooting Jackson on and praising the Chiefs for their work in the community and their dedication to even their youngest fans.

Some even saw something a little extra — like how Kelce’s interaction with the kids could mean he’d be a great dad someday.
