It’s Shaquille O’Neal’s new vehicle. The NBA icon purchased a $100,000 Cybertruck from the dealership that LeBron James had criticized for their fraudulent marketing campaign, which went viral.

The Lakers star denied the dealership’s claim on social media that James purchased a Bugatti supercar from Effortless Motors. He claims that they employed an intern to handle their marketing.

As a result, the intern shared a photo of a Bugatti and a note claiming that James had purchased the car from them.

The dealership’s owner explained the events surrounding James’ marketing scam to Shaq. However, the proprietor expressed regret and stated that the post regarding James had been removed.

Shaq learned about the event after James’s post went viral, so it appears that everything went well for Effortless Motors.

Shaquille O’Neal posted a video on IG saying: “Guess what? Killer intern, he did a great job. I saw that and I called you. I was checking, ‘I saw some cars you have.’ Cause I was like, ‘S**t, if Bron could fit in that motherf***er, maybe he got something for me.’”

Shaquille O’Neal contacted the dealership’s owner and inquired about the other cars they had. The former Lakers player claims that he was drawn to the Cyberbeast version and that they discussed making a deal.

Once, Shaquille O’Neal said he wasn’t a big admirer of Tesla cars. The former MVP revealed in 2021 that one of his boys received a Tesla for Christmas. However, he said he would have liked to see him get a Dodge Charger.

Shaquille O’Neal said during an interview: “For Christmas, one of my sons got all A’s, I was like, ‘Man, go pick what you want.’ So he come back with a Tesla,” O’Neal said. “I said, ‘You better take yo a** across the street to the Chargers. Better get you a Charger. You ain’t getting no m*****f*****g Telsa. You better get you a Charger, a V-6 at that.”

After a few years, O’Neal decided against Teslas and purchased a Cybertruck for himself. Moreover, the most costly Cybertruck model is the Cyberbeast, which costs $96,390 on Tesla’s website, has 845 horsepower and has a peak speed of 130 mph.
