Following a disappointing end to a fantastic NBA season, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is preparing alongside his Canadian teammates to represent the national team on international venture. The All-Star guard looked easy-breezy during the practice session, stealing the attention of the fans with his moves.

Recently, a video has surfaced on the internet showing a relaxed Shai flaunting the “Bernie” dance during training. The 25-year-old moved his arms and legs loosely while moving his body in the same rhythm allowing his head to tilt backwards.

The video was posted by NBA Canada on X (formerly known as Twitter) with the caption, “SGA is vibing at practice!”

With a catchy music added to the clip, it took no time to get viral on social media. The NBA community got a glimpse of the other side of a shy Shai, and they went gaga over it.

“Canada will make some noise in Paris.” A fan wrote in the comment section of the post. “It already feels like it will be one of the most competitive Olympics (men’s basketball) to date.”

While another added, “Doing the weekend at Bernie’s dance!”

A fan concerned about his health, wrote, “Plz keep him healthy team canada”.

It certainly looks like Shai is enjoying his time in the training and is confident about their success in the 2024 Paris Olympics. He has already some strategies chalked out ahead of the big games.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Provides Simple Solution for Jamal Murray Pairing

The Canada Team is all set to face the USA, France, along with the other national teams at this Olympics with their star-studded lineup. To defeat the others and claim the gold medal, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has a “simple” plan that involves Nuggets star Jamal Murray. “I drive, he shoots. It’s as simple as that,” said Shai about pairing up with Murray.

Either Shai is confident about the win or putting up a show to trick his opponents. Nevertheless, the Olympic Games will begin very soon, and all the teams will do their best to grab the glorious medal.
