Boxing legend, James Toney is not impressed with the prospective clash between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.

The two British heavyweights are set to collide on September 21 at Wembley Stadium.

Joshua is on a four fight win streak since suffering back to back defeats to Oleksandr Usyk.

Meanwhile Dubois has won his last two fights since also being defeated by the Ukrainian including an impressive performance last time out against Filip Hrgovic.

So seemingly the pair are on collision course, but American, James Toney wants him to face his countryman, Jared Anderson instead.

Toney speaking Pro Boxing Fans said: “Anthony Joshua, please grow some balls and fight some real fighters. Daniel Dubois, whoever he is, easy win for him. Step up and fight somebody for real, step up.”

He was then asked who Joshua should fight, Toney replied: “Jared Anderson, maybe James Toney. Nobody wants to see me, I guarantee you that.”

Anderson boasts a record of 17-0 with 15 wins coming by the way of KO and takes on Martin Bakole in August.
