The Los Angeles Clippers’ new Intuit Dome is not off to a great start.

Unfortunately, Thousands were left waiting outside Intuit Dome due to multiple problems slowing down the entry process.

As a result, Bruno Mars fans were left fuming as they found themselves locked out of Clipper’s new $2 billion arena due to a ticket scanner debacle.

One woman at Intuit Dome posted a video on TikTok about the Intuit Dome being a disaster and how she and thousands of others had been standing somewhere for over an hour. Multiple things weren’t working, including facial recognition and Wi-Fi.

She wrote the caption, “At the opening of Intuit Stadium for the Bruno Mars concert, and it’s a disaster! You suck Intuit Stadium! You ruined my dad’s birthday!”

Fans were pissed about the terrible opening and let their feelings known on social media:

The $2 billion Intuit Dome officially opened Thursday night as Grammy winner Bruno Mars performed the first of two concerts, but everything that could go wrong certainly went that way before the show.

The facial recognition system wasn’t working properly, and the app crashed, which left thousands of folks stranded outside.

Headliner Bruno Mars eventually took the stage some two hours after the start time and, with a spectacular show, made everyone forget the issues.

He surprised everyone in Intuit Doome by bringing out Lady Gaga as the two stars premiered their new duet, “Die With a Smile,” per The Hollywood Reporter.
