On Friday, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic and the Serbia national basketball team battled San Antonio Spurs sensation Victor Wembanyama and the France men’s basketball national team in an exhibition to prepare for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics.

Late into the second quarter of the game, Jokic went one-on-one with Wembanyama in the low post. The NBA MVP easily backed down the NBA Rookie of the Year, showing off his strength against one of the top defenders in basketball before scoring a reverse layup.

During the play, the commentator for the Serbia-France game called Jokic’s play ‘bullying,’ saying, “Jokic just bullying Wembanyama, reverses it up.”

The highlight has gone viral online, with over 100,000 views through multiple social media posts.

NBA and basketball fans were impressed with Jokic’s play, reacting to it with compliments towards the three-time MVP.

Wembanyama and France will play their first official Olympic game on Saturday, July 27, against Brazil. Jokic and Serbia will be tested in their first real game, going up against Team USA on Sunday, July 28.
