The latest episode of SmackDown emanated from Madison Square Garden, one of the most famous arenas in the world. Given the stature of the show, many guests were present in the crowd, including ESPN analyst and former NFL star, Ryan Clark. After the show went off the air, the 44-year-old gave an interview with Kayla Braxton, describing the experience of attending a WWE show for the first time.

Although he knew plenty about the world of sports, this was his first time dipping his toe in the world of sports entertainment. Ryan Clark was blown away by the experience. He texted all his group chats, claiming that he had never been to a show such as this. He had been to UFC and the Super Bowl, but nothing compared to his recent experience. The ESPN analyst talked about how Cody Rhodes‘ entrance was absolutely electric, with everyone chiming in to sing his song.

Braxton claimed that it was one of the most chaotic nights in WWE. She asked his opinion about the ending of SmackDown with the Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony. He opined that it would benefit the Hall of Famer in the long run. Paul Heyman never wanted to be a part of this version of the faction anyway. He will no longer have to be a part of them, even if it came at the cost of going through an announce table.

I'm on all my group chats. I'm like, bro, I've never been to anything like this.

The former New York Giants player talked about how the show exceeded all his expectations. He said that the show ended up being much more physical than he anticipated. The performance involved a lot more athleticism, and the theatrics were incredible. Furthermore, he loved how competitive the matches were.

During the interview, Braxton brought up that the latest edition of SmackDown saw crossovers from various different sports. Apart from the NFL star, New York Knicks’ Jalen Brunson and Indiana Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton were also an active part of the show. They took their rivalry to a WWE show and even played a major role in the Money in the Bank qualifying match involving LA KnightLogan Paul, and Santos Escobar.

Ryan Clark was then asked if he wanted to get in the mix similar to Brunson and Haliburton. He replied saying that he would never want to fight anybody who is a full-time member of the WWE roster. However, he may be willing to go toe-to-toe with another analyst like him.

With all the celebrity involvement in WWE in recent times, Clark having a match may not be out of the picture. Musical celebrity Bad Bunny has put on some incredible matches in the ring. Furthermore, Logan Paul has nearly transitioned to being a wrestler full-time and even holds the United States Championship at the moment.
