The Edmonton Oilers head coach, Kris Knoblauch, shared a surprising update on Evander Kane for the sixth game of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Only one win away from tying the series and forcing a seventh game against the Florida Panthers in the Stanley Cup Finals, the Edmonton Oilers will give all they have tonight on the ice in front of their fans.

In the past two games, they’ve been the better team on the ice, and they could get even better as Evander Kane could be back in the lineup.

Knoblauch says Evander Kane will be a game-time decision tonight

Kane had to miss the last three games in the Finals because of injuries, but according to Knoblauch, he’ll be a game-time decision tonight.

Here’s what the head coach said yesterday after the Oilers’ practice:

“We’ve got some things to think about. I still haven’t seen a follow-up on how good [Kane] feels, but we have possibilities.”

Oilers coach Kris Knoblauch calls Evander Kane a «game-time decision» for tonight’s Game 6.

Changing a winning lineup can be a tough bet to place. Some tough decisions await Kris Knoblauch ahead of tonight’s game.

However, it seems like at the end of the day, whether Kane is in the lineup or not, Connor McDavid will continue to lead his team to success.
