Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady was the subject of a wild Netflix roast on Sunday night, and he got a little something for his trouble.

Brady sat through nearly three hours of celebrities, former teammates, and his former coach, Bill Belichick, making a mockery of him before taking center stage himself.

According to TMZ Sports, the ring he was gifted a ring by comedian Kevin Hart during the show cost $40,000. The six-carat piece, created by Jason Arashaben of Beverly Hills, looks like one of his seven Super Bowl rings. It has nearly 400 diamonds, rubies, and sapphires.

Arashaben was the one who made Brady’s last Super Bowl ring after he won a championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As for the roast, the event was streamed live on Netflix. It’s believed to have done record numbers, though the official figures haven’t been disclosed yet.

It featured the likes of Hart, Jeff Ross, Nikki Glaser, Kim Kardashian, Sam Jay, Tony Hinchcliffe, Drew Bledsoe, Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, Julian Edelman, and Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy, among others.

No stone was left unturned, barring Brady’s kids, as they completely ripped him to shreds with the most insensitive and inappropriate jokes. His divorce, the Deflategate scandal, and his crypto failures were among the chief topics.

Tom Brady Struck A New Partnership Over His Roast

Tom Brady’s roast has also seen him take up a new partnership. It’s since been revealed that the former NFL star is now Jeff Ross’ production partner. The two of them own the immensely successful show.

Ross revealed this was in the works for some time. However, it had to be held back because Brady decided to unretire after calling it quits.

They could have plans to take on similar events involving other athletes in the future; at least, we hope so.
