From a boy who was rejected by thousands of film crews, this star has become a “monument”.

Before becoming one of the screen “legends” respected and imitated by his juniors, superstar Sylvester Stallone had a miserable and difficult time as a teenager.

 Stallone was born into a poor family, caught up in evils. During his childhood, his mother beat him, tortured him, and starved him. Stallone’s personality was also affected, being unruly and disruptive.

He was expelled from school 12 times and had to wander around working to make a living.

Not giving up, Stallone continued to go to castings and was rejected more than 1,800 times, including the director who was discouraged because he met this kid 20 times.

 Luckily, much later, the crew of an 18+ movie called The Party at Kitty and Stud’s agreed to let him participate, paying him 200 USD for 2 short days of filming.

 But no one expected that this was the film that helped Stallone assert his potential.

Later, Sylvester Stallone had the opportunity to play extras in famous films, sometimes even having entire scenes cut out.

 However, these roles helped Stallone have a stable income, and gradually he harbored the idea of ​​making a movie starring himself. 

That’s when Rocky was born, with a script written by Stallone himself in a day and a half and a small budget. The film became a phenomenon and won an Oscar, officially making Sylvester Stallone’s name shine.

Stallone then became a familiar face in action film series such as Rambo, The Expendables, etc. 

For decades, Stallone has become one of the classic symbols of Hollywood action films.
