Patsy Field and Munveer Jabbal walked out of the Love Island villa this Wednesday, June 12, after only nine days.

The pair walked into the eleventh series of the reality show in the hopes of finding a match and were coupled up respectively with Ayo Odukoya and Mimii Ngulube

. But as the latter discovered they had hints of a connection, Pasty and Munveer were left to partner up with one another.

Unfortunately, their romance is to be short-lived. The public vote opened on Tuesday’s instalment of the popular program and the duo were sent packing this evening. Patsy and Munveer were one of three couples whose fates were left in the hands of those who had been saved by the public vote.

They appeared near the fire pit in tense scenes prior to their exit alongside Uma Jammeh and Omar Nyame, Harriet Blackmore and Sean Stone. But could there be a Casa Amor twist ahead?

Viewers are hopeful as they weren’t happy with the choice made and a multitude of them took to X, otherwise known as Twitter to share their thoughts: “I need Samantha, Omar, Uma and Jess out”, one commented.

Another added: “i’m in mourning rn”, while a third chimed in: “These two deserved better.

It’s so sad they weren’t given the opportunity to find someone because Love Island was too focused on the pointless love triangle dramas.”

“Not Patsy omg nooooooo”, a fourth lamented just as another jumped in: “WTF ???? DONT SAY YOU WANNA GIVE PATSY A CHANCE IF YOU DIDNT BLOODY MEAN IT.”

One fan of the reality show questioned: “What are these boys on? Patsy should be staying!”

But many more viewers were disappointed to see hunky Munveer go, particularly after Sam Taylor’s own exit, earlier during the season.

The hairstylist was dumped after bombshell Joey Essex decided to snatch Samantha Kenny from him.

“The two finest guys from Day 1 were the first to leave, Sam & Munveer. No pretty privilege here at all”, one quipped in disappointment while another wrote: “FIRST SAM NOW MUNVEER THIS IS ACTUALLY SHAMBOLIC.”
