The pop superstar left her mother Tish frustrated after getting caught glued to her phone on a family vacation in 2019. Miley explained the situation on her Instagram story revealing that Tish found it “disgusting” when the then 26-year-old missed “a gorgeous sunset” to stay inside “serving content” instead.

The Slide Away singer noted the irony of her post, agreeing that she looked like “a bratty millennial.”

Nevertheless, fans disagreed with Tish and commented that Miley usually spends plenty of time outside, and she has the Instagram feed to prove it.
