CMA Fest has been plagued by technical difficulties, leaving fans of Jelly Roll complaining they ‘can’t hear’ and performers sound ‘off’.

Early in the show, viewers claimed they were struggling to make out what Jelly Roll, who was called in to host, was saying.
Some also felt that the audio wasn’t at its best when performers took the stage.
Angry CMA Fest viewers took to X – formerly Twitter – to air their grievances.
“Watching on YouTube and sounds seems off [thinking face] the vocals,” one person posted.
“@countrymusic @abc How come we can’t at all hear Jelly roll and Ashley McBryde when they talk except for the echo in the stadium? It’s been like that every time they talk,” a second complained on social media.
“@countrymusic Why does it sound like that or is it just me[?]”
Ahead of CMA Fest, fans were eager to see Jelly Roll, 39, step into his host role.
“I’ve been waiting on Jelly roll to get a hosting gig. He’s a natural!” one fan gushed.

During the show, fans got an even better look at Jelly Roll’s recent weight loss.

Jelly Roll’s Weight Loss Journey
Jelly Roll opened up about his weight loss journey earlier last month.
In a recent interview with People, Jelly Roll revealed how much weight he has lost as he geared up for his United States arena tour later this year.
“I’m probably down 70-something pounds,” said.
“I’ve been really kicking a**, man. I’m doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week.
“I’m doing 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna, six minutes in a cold plunge every day. I’m eating healthy right now.”
He admitted his goal is to lose another 100 pounds.
“If I feel this good down this weight, man, I can only imagine what I’m going to feel like by the time I go on tour,” he concluded.
Fans noticed that the Wild Ones singer looked significantly slimmer and took to the comments to gush over his appearance.
“Can we talk about how good jelly roll is looking[?] hard work really pays off I love you both truly one amazing couple,” one person posted.
“Jelly is looking amazing!! You are beautiful as always,” someone else shared.
A third wrote in part, “Jelly is looking snatched!!”
“Sorry Bunnie but Jelly Roll you is looking good. Your weight [loss] is awesome,” a fourth fan gushed.
JELLY’S SLIMDOWN
The country singer, born Jason DeFord, opened up about his weight loss on Today earlier this month.
In May, he ran his first 5K in Los Angeles, California.
Reflecting on the race, he told the outlet it was a “really emotional” experience.
He noted that he “couldn’t walk a mile” back in January when he started training.
“So the fact that we got three point whatever it was done today, I feel really, really good about it. I left here feeling really motivated,” he said at the time.
At the race, Jelly Roll told Entertainment Tonight that he had lost “50 to 70-something pounds.”
“I got to double check again – it was a lot of weight,” he said.
