The A-list celeb who bought the property was Adele, and she reportedly purchased it for $58 million. 

During his latest conversation with The Wall Street Journal, The Lords of Flabush movie star was asked if he wanted to take his iconic legendary Rocky Balboa statue, which is located near the poolside of his former estate when he sold it to the singer. The actor said,

“I did! But Adele; wasn’t having it.”

The actor claimed that his iconic statue, which is a tribute to his Rocky film series character Rocky Balboa was a part of the deal because the Skyfall singer wanted to keep that in the mansion. Stallone recalled Adele’s reaction,

“That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal.” He added, “I like what she’s doing, she’s making it gorgeous.”

Adele is a strong independent businesswoman. She stood firm in her condition while negotiating with Sylvester Stallone.

The singer refused to back down and presented a very firm offer to the Rocky star.

In the end, Stallone had to concede, and he had to part with his iconic Rocky Balboa statue when he sold his multi-million dollar mansion.
