Gerard Butler is a Scottish actor who has worked all over the world during his impressive career.

He spends much of his time overseas but bought a base in the UK.

Gerard purchased a pricey flat in the south side of Glasgow in 2015.

Property records at the time suggested he bought it outright for £582,000.

It showed the prices for homes in the area are up eight per cent on the previous year, and up seven per cent on the peak in 2020.
