Alan Ritchson is looking a bit different these days.
The “Reacher” actor is starring in the upcoming movie Motor City with Shailene Woodley, Pablo Shreiber and Ben Foster. That’s definitely a very solid cast. The plot also doesn’t sound too different from what “Reacher” fans already love.
It’s described as, “A recently released felon seeks revenge against those who framed him and put him in jail.”
You don’t need to say much more to sell me.

Alan Ritchson shows off appearance for “Motor City”
Ritchson had to undergo a bit of a transformation for the role, and he recently showed off the look on Instagram. He’s got longer (presumably fake) hair, some makeup on his face to show wounds and more.
“How do you completely transform when you only have a few days to transition from Reacher to your next role in period action piece extraordinaire, #MotorCity? You bring out the big guns,” Ritchson wrote, in part, in the post praising those who helped him.
He further wrote, “My goal is always to make a character as real for you as humanely [sic] possible. Not having days off between jobs makes it hard to go as far as I want, but I’ll get as close to unrecognizable as possible. I refuse to play myself. You’ve never experienced anything like Motor City.”

Ritchson rubbed a lot of people the wrong way with his idiotic comments about police in America, and I’m sure pretty much everyone reading this agrees it was very dumb of him.
Claiming “cops get away with murder all the time” is simply a take not based in reality.
However, there’s no denying that Ritchson moves the needle when it comes to entertainment, especially in the action genre. The former “Blue Mountain State” star is also dedicated to his craft, and isn’t afraid to change his appearance for the role. There’s no release date for “Motor City,” but I’m sure I’ll see it once it drops. Let me know what you think at
