The Kelce brothers were paired with WWE star The Miz for the first round of the event, which is being held on the south shore of Lake Tahoe in Nevada

.

Chiefs star Travis, who is preparing to return to Kansas City for another NFL season, struck a supporter in the arm with his opening tee shot.

That is despite him recently claiming that his golf handicap is around seven or eight.

Elder brother Jason, meanwhile, won the long drive contest ahead of the tournament. Travis won the event in 2023 but this year Jason outhit everyone with a tee shot that traveled 322 yards.

The former Eagles center also revealed the secret to his success on the golf course.

‘There’s a point of an overturn. Usually two to three (beers) over the course of the round, that’s my sweet spot,’ Kelce told Access Hollywood.

‘Once I’m over two to three, game starts to go downhill quickly. But there is like a two to three range where I definitely play significantly better. So the swing lube is real.’
