Kentucky star Reed Sheppard and his girlfriend Brailey Dizney have been lighting up Instagram with adorable snippets from their California getaway. As Sheppard eagerly awaits the NBA Draft, the couple is making the most of the basketball offseason with much-needed relaxation and fun.
Sheppard recently shared an Instagram story featuring Brailey against a stunning backdrop of open sea and rolling hills. The former Kentucky Wildcats guard kept it casual in a plain white T-shirt and shorts, while Brailey stole the spotlight in a chic black outfit.

Reed Sheppard jumps past Bronny James in NBA Mock Draft
The basketball sensation from Kentucky surpassed LeBron James’ son — Bronny James in the latest NBA Mock Draft, shaking up predictions for the 2024 class.
Sheppard, a special prospect in the basketball world, captured attention during the 2024 NBA Draft Combine. He shook the CBB world with his 42-inch vertical leap, the highest recorded at the event. Discussing this on Paul George’s “Podcast P,” Sheppard said:
“I know I can jump. I didn’t know I was going to have the highest vertical in the NBA draft.”
He humorously credited his trainer for a technique that gave him a few extra inches.
“I got to give a lot of credit to my guy Ryan at Proactive (Sports Performance.) He kind of helped us out with a little arm trick. When I saw 42 it kind of made me laugh because I wasn’t expecting it and I know no one else was.”
While Sheppard stole the spotlight, Bronny James also impressed scouts and executives with his 40.5-inch vertical leap. However, according to ESPN, James is projected to be the 54th pick, heading to the Boston Celtics.
