Kanye shows support to P Diddy after previously accusing him of making law enforcement deal

Kanye and P. Diddy have a past feud, but that didn’t stop the Vultures rapper from adding Puffy’s music to his playlist at his album release party

Kanye West didn’t shy away from playing some P. Diddy music while at his Vultures 2 release party.

In the past, Kanye alleged that he knew a bit more about Diddy’s past than the public, calling him a “fed.” He claimed that Sean Combs made a deal with law enforcement to protect himself. In Kanye’s interview with Drink Champs from Oct. 2022, he said: “The reason why you gotta talk is because you did a deal, you f*****g fed! That’s why you’ve gotta come at me, because part of the deal for you to be able to do all that and get out of jail is that you promised that you are gonna go pull my card.”

Years later, a myriad of lawsuits were filed against Diddy, alleging, among other things, sexual assault. Plus, the feds did come knocking on Diddy’s door when Homeland Security raided both the star’s Los Angeles and Miami mansions.

Not only did Kanye’s playlist choice come after the slew of allegations were made against Sean Combs, but also the rappers have their own bad blood filled past, too. After Kanye started to sell White Lives Matter t-shirts, many of his peers reached out with concerns with some even speaking publicly against him. Diddy texted Ye, expressing concern over the business move and the rapper’s rapidly radicalized views.

Kanye turned around and made that public, posting screenshots of their conversations online. “I’m just trying to talk to you as a black man. And I’m talking to you because this is hurting our people. Stop,” Diddy wrote. Kanye responded: “Anything you text I will post. I love you and you guys are breaking my heart. I accept your apology in advance.”

The conversation was tense at one point with Diddy allegedly writing, “As soon as I land we’ll meet face to face!!!” with Kanye writing: “N****, f**k you.”

In an Instagram video, Diddy later told fans: “I am not about to be addressing every last thing that’s going on in the world on the internet, but the thing I do have to address is this ‘white lives matter’ t-shirt. I’ve always been there, and I will always support my brother Kanye as a freethinker. But the ‘white lives matter’ t-shirt, I don’t rock with it, you know what I’m saying? I’m not with it.”
