The Yonko are known to be the strongest Pirates in the One Piece world who rule a New World like Kings. In general, these pirates can also be considered to be the strongest individuals in the entire world. In fact, the strongest people that the fans have seen in the series so far stem from the likes of the pirates.

As such, the Yonko are always in conversation for the strongest. However, in the Final Saga, Oda has introduced other powerful individuals who can give the Yonko a run for their money. In fact, these individuals, such as the Five Elders, and possibly even Imu, surpass the Yonko in many aspects of battle, and they’re certainly comparable to them in terms of power.

5Stronger Fruits

The Powers Of The Elders Seen Much Better

When it comes to Devil Fruit abilities, the Five Elders are clearly superior. They possess tremendous Powers up their sleeve that the fans have seen quite a lot of in the Egghead Island arc. In fact, the Five Elders don’t even seem to possess Devil Fruit powers. They possess Yokai-based transformations, the powers of which have not been fully revealed in the story as of yet.

Still, what fans know is that they can transform into these mythical creatures, and their hybrid forms as well. These creatures are strong enough to hold their own against Luffy in Gear 5, who was able to defeat even Kaido, and that too in a much weaker state. The Devil Fruits of the Five Elders are absolutely incredible, and when compared to the Yonko, they are certainly superior, especially when compared to the likes of Buggy, Big Mom, and potentially even Kaido.

4Access To Advanced Weaponry

The Elders Have Access To Better Weapons

Weapons and ammunition are something that every Yonko in the One Piece world desires. In fact, Kaido had an entire weapons factory in Wano, and Big Mom too had many weapons thanks to her connections with the underworld. When it comes to weaponry, the Five Elders are certainly superior.

They have the mother flame at their disposal, which likely connects to the Ancient Weapon Uranus. The Uranus has tremendous firepower and this absolutely cannot be matched by the Yonko at all. This is one department that the Five Elders absolutely embarrass the Yonko in and there is no debate to be held about this.

3Incredible Haki

The Haki Of The Elders Is Overall Superior To The Yonko

Haki is an incredibly amazing power that exists within everyone in the One Piece world. Given that the Five Elders and the Yonko are the elites of the elites, they possess incredibly overpowered Haki. Among the Yonko, however, not everyone possesses incredible Haki. Buggy, for example, does not even have access to it. Then, there is Big Mom, who, despite having amazing Haki, does not seem to make use of it all that much and relies more on her Devil Fruit.

Kaido and Shanks are amazing users of Haki, as is Luffy. In the case of the Five Elders, fans know that they possess tremendous Haki. Their Haki was felt all over Egghead Island, which just goes to show that this power might as well be equal, if not superior, to the likes of Shanks.

2Infinite Stamina

The Stamina Of The Elders Seems Never Ending

When it comes to stamina, the Five Elders are clearly superior. The Yonko are just humans and cannot fight indefinitely. The Five Elders, on the other hand, seem to have infinite stamina and they do not tire in the face of battles. This was evident from Luffy’s fight against the Elders. Despite using Gear 5, Luffy was not able to do any form of substantial damage to the Elders.

In fact, he ran out of Gear 5 in the end, and had not been for the Giants, Luffy would probably have died on Egghead. In the case of the Five Elders, even if, hypothetically, they were to be inferior to the Yonko, eventually, they would outlast them in battle and prove their superiority in that way.

1Immortality

The Five Elders Simply Cannot Die

The biggest advantage that the Five Elders have at their disposal is the power of immortality. These individuals simply cannot die. Regardless of how they are hit and where they are hit, they don’t seem to take any damage and that is what makes them truly special. Luffy fought against the Elders in Gear 5 and even though he was superior when it comes to force and power, he was not able to harm them even once.

Eventually, Luffy was the one who ran out of power and decided to run because he could not face them in battle. For a Yonko to admit that he could not do anything substantial to them just goes to show that he was outclassed in this aspect. Similar to Luffy, none of the Yonko can actually harm the Elders right now.
