Body language expert Judi James tells Fabulous: “The Love Island girls are set to consume the boys whole and spit out the bones.
“They look stronger, smarter and more ruthless while the guys don’t show many signs of living up to their high expectations.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if we were treated to a speedy and steady incoming flow of new male bombshells.”
Here, Judi reveals what we can expect from each new contestant on the ITV dating show, from the most likely to turn heads to the most competitive.
‘Fly-swatting’ Patsy
Judi says Patsy’s hands-on hips pose suggests “fearlessness” and “capacity to challenge”.
She says: “She gives off leadership or maybe even bossy vibes with her pit-bare of confidence and with the way she’s already verbally fly-swatting smaller girls off any taller guys in the villa so she gets her pick.”

‘Boy-reeler’ Mimii
Mimii’s body language suggests she will sweetly reel the boys in, before showing more demanding traits, Judi says.
“The guys shouldn’t judge her too quickly as there are many signs of contrasting sides to her personality,” she says.
“Her cocked thumb signals confidence and a love of the camera attention and she throws up the idea of being ‘disrespected’ with a nose sneer to register she shouldn’t be crossed.
“Posing with both hands on her hips also adds to an air of confrontation but then her legs are crossed at the ankles, which is a sign of shyness or low confidence.”

‘Demanding’ Jess
Judi believes that Jess’ body language suggests she may be one of the more demanding contestants.
She said: “Her raised chin, her pointing and her micro-sneer smile with raised upper lip and her level stare would fit her own description of being ‘intimidating’ and ‘hard work’.
“Jess is very niche and even superficial in her tastes in guys, too, saying she likes men with good turkey teeth, so a meek, submissive poultry farmer should presumably be her ideal man.”

‘Female peacocker’ Samantha
Samantha should be “instant catnip” for the villa boys, according to Judi, because of her warm, friendly looking smile
She says: “Her body language suggests she’s a massive attention-seeker and female peacocker, with every pose exaggerated
and a high-octane shout that will ensure she gets noticed quickly.
“There is also a micro head-wobble that hints she’s no pushover though and if she hunkers into a strong girl group she should quickly be a central figure on the Island.”

‘Full-volume’ Harriet
Judi suggests that Harriet’s body language makes her appear more mature.
However, her claims to need maintenance from men suggest she has “demanding and diva like tendencies”.
The body language expert says: “Her double-pit-bare rituals suggest she’s competitive and her high, full-volume voice will ensure people listen when she talks.
“Anyone who claims to be a ‘girl’s girl’ like she does usually isn’t and her lack of eye contact and her tilted head signals of evaluation might prevent instant bonding unless she’s packed a great sense of humour in there with her bikinis.”

Love Island winners – where they are now
Every year Love Island opens its doors to more sexy Islanders who are hoping for a holiday romance that could turn into more.
Here we take you though all of the Love Island winners so far and what their relationship statuses are now:
2024 – The first ever All stars spin off show was won by Molly Smith and Tom Clare. STATUS: Still together.
2023 – Jess Harding and Sammy Root took home the 50K, and won the summer 2023 Love Island. STATUS: Broken up.
2023 – The first series of 2023 saw Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan crowned Love Island winners in South Africa. STATUS: Still together.
2022 – Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu’s time in the villa was anything but a smooth ride, but they managed to win the public’s hearts – and the ITV2 reality show. STATUS: Broken up.
2021 – Liam Reardon and Millie Court were announced winners of Love Island 2021. STATUS: Still together.
2020 – The first ever winter Love Island saw Paige Turley and Finn Tapp crowned winners after falling in love on the show. STATUS: Broken up.
2019 – Series 5 saw Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague runners up to winners Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill, who met in the last few days of the series. STATUS: Broken up.
2018 – It wasn’t surprising fan favourites Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer won the show, as they were strong throughout. But sadly things didn’t last. STATUS: Broken up.
2017 – Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies had lots of ups and downs in the villa but went on to win the show. STATUS: Broken up.
2016 – Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde were together from the start of the series, and since they won show have two kids and are married. STATUS: Still together.
2015 – Despite poor Jess Hayes being Max Morley’s second choice on the show, they did win – but they didn’t last as a couple. STATUS: Broken up.
‘Show-off’ Nicole
Nicole could be the contestant that the viewers end up relating to according to Judi, as she looks like a “consummate show-off, with every pose being over-kill in terms of exaggeration”.
Judi adds: “She’s not a deep thinker as she tells us ‘All I think about is getting my bum massive’ so presumably she won’t be feeling bereft without UK election updates in the villa.
“She’s all about fake, fake open-mouthed laughter and shouting but if she’s entertaining and funny she could be a winner with the viewers.”

‘Alpha’ Ronnie
Judi says that Ronnie’s body language makes him appear like a Del Boy tribute act.
She says: “He likes to point into the camera and lean in for proper chat so could be the most confident guy in there and possible group alpha at the start.
“The girls might spot potential red flags in his unconvincing eye expression and his smile though, where he lifts his upper lip in part
sneer.”

‘Friend-zoned’ Sam
Sam’s job as a hairdresser will likely mean that he is good at small talk with the ladies, according to Judi.
She says “He’s clearly got the biceps and the tattoos but he also looks camera-wary and a little shy, hiding his face with his hands as does his ‘heart mime’ and narrowing his eyes.
“Sam calls ‘free blow-dries’ his USPs so he could be in friend-zones quite quickly.”

‘Name-dropping’ Munveer
Munveer mentioned in his introduction that he knows Piers Morgan’s son, which Judi said is likely because he thinks this will bring him some sort of fame by association.
She adds: “He appears to see his face as another USP, and his dazzling, holiday rep smile might make him appear instantly approachable, although it might not win out against the younger footballers in there in terms of professional desirability.”

‘Endearing’ AYO
Model Ayo’s body language and career are likely to instantly make him one of the most likeable contestants, Judi says.
She added: “He winks at the camera and peacocks with some good eye contact but when he throws out some classic boastful lines his inability to keep a straight face and the way he laughs as he delivers them is endearing.
“The way he pulls up his shirt collar suggests he likes a bit of status though, which might make him fight for the role of alpha in the boys group.”

‘Self-conscious’ Ciaran
Judi believes that Ciaran has been drafted in as the “boy next door” which she said isn’t likely to make him popular with the girls, who prefer an alpha.
She said: “He might be 6’5 but he shows signs of low confidence and may be too young for the girls.
There’s little eye contact here, despite his claims to be romantic.

‘Arrogant’ Sean
This year’s final contestant, Sean, looks like he’s trying to appear tougher than he actually is, says Judi.
He’s clearly competitive and is already spinning his own plot-lines by saying he likes ‘loyalty’ (Bring on Casa Amor) but that he’s ‘Not afraid to step on toes’”, she says.
“He also tries to sound arrogant with his ‘Only 10 out of 10s for me’ but dangles both hands in front of his crotch area so is perhaps less confident than he’s making out.”
