TOWIE’S latest glam girls have revealed their surprising link to Katie Price.

Becks and Liv burst onto the ITVBe reality series this weekend as they chatted to Sophie Kasaei, 34, in one of their first scenes.

The duo are the managing director and owner of Essex-based salon Lashes by Livvy – a spot which is often visited by Katie Price, 45.

This has led some to speculate the mum-of-five – whose new man JJ Slater, 31, is also from the county – will now make a TOWIE cameo.

The beauty spot’s Instagram page teased the celebrity connection with a video showing Katie lying on her back.

She had clips in her raven-coloured hair as she fluttered her lashes, with the page then gushing in the caption: “Oh my god.

“Jaw on the floor.”

One fan was quick to respond: “Wow well done babe!!!!”

A second then put: “STUNNINGGGGGG.”

In their opening scene, they focussed on their connection with Geordie Shore star Sophie rather than their link to the former glamour model.

They chatted to Sophie about how kids “change” a relationship as Liv got busy applying fake lashes to Sophie’s eyes.

Starring role?

Late last year, The Sun was first to report how Katie’s man JJ had been tipped for a TOWIE role.

He found fame on E4 reality series MAFS, where he initially married Bianca Petronzi but later controversially returned to the experiment with Ella Morgan after a cheating scandal.

At the time, we reported how TOWIE bosses were eager to bring him on board.

A source was first to tell us: “JJ has made quite the impact on Married At First Sight, thanks to all the headlines generated by him ‘wife swapping’ with Ella, and he’s caught the eye of Towie bosses.

“They think he would be a perfect fit for their show – he’s from Essex, he looks good and having starred on MAFS, clearly knows how to bring drama.

“They have reached out to him and made it clear they’re interested in meeting with him, so watch this space.”

Money worries

Meanwhile, Katie has managed to keep her glam appearance – lashes and all – despite being declared bankrupt for a second time back in March.

This weekend, we reported how she was at “real risk” of losing her Mucky Mansion home due to her cash crisis and what experts dubbed “unsustainable spending habits.”

Katie swerved her bankruptcy court hearing to holiday in Ayia Napa with JJ last month, with The Sun then exclusively revealing the pair opted to get matching tattoos.

Katie has an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000 – and has since been warned she could face jail for swerving the authorities.

Joshua Harris, Bankruptcy Trustee at Harris & Partners, told us: “Price faces the risk of losing her £2 million property, which highlights the severe realities of bankruptcy.

“In situations of substantial debt, asset repossession is a real threat, used by creditors to recover what they are owed.”

The TV star owes both £142,405 and £196,735 for the tax years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, plus £140,000 in VAT.
