Love Island fans were reeling after its latest bombshell made a very forward comment to Joey Essex.

The hit ITV2 dating show returned for its latest installment on Wednesday night. Viewers saw Islanders grow close to each other throughout the episode, yet relationships were rocked right at the end of the episode. All the girls were told to gather on the balcony to watch the boys be blindfolded below them.

New bombshell Uma made a spectacular entrance as she walked straight up to each boy and have them a kiss. However, viewers noticed Uma gave a very saucy comment in Joey Essex’s ear as she gave him a snog. She teased: “I’ll see you later,” before kissing the next boy in line.

Viewers rushed to X to share their thoughts on Uma’s dramatic entrance as she whisked Ayo off to the hideaway. One said: “She really told Joey “I’ll see you later” A bombshell. #loveisland.” Another added: “Omfg firstly she’s gorgeous and secondly that whispering in Joey or whoever’s ear is DANGEROUS and she took AYO. OMA Uma however you spell her name is in for the TEA #loveIsland.” Someone else commented: “Babe even whispered in joey’s ear, I’ll see you later. Man, I love this song #loveisland.”

A fourth wrote: “not her whispering I’ll see you later to Joey.” However one questioned: “i love Uma already but why did she whisper that in joey’s ear pleaseee #loveIsland.” Someone else declared: “She told Joey she’ll see him later but still picked Ayo. I know a game player when I see one lol #loveIsland.” Another mused: ““I’ll see you later” to Joey AND taking Ayo into the Hideaway?! Miss Uma is EVERYTHING #LoveIsland.”

One passionate fan quipped: “UMA DID NOT JUST WHISPER I’LL SEE YOU LATER TO JOEY. UMA DID NOT JUST TAKE AYO INTO THE HIDEAWAY. UMA IS NOT HERE TO PLAY #LoveIsland.” Another wrote: “Uma is wild the way she seduced joey and ayo.” Joey made Love Island history earlier this week as he entered the ITV2 show as its first celebrity contestant.

Viewers were stunned at his arrival, yet the former The Only Way Is Essex star insisted he is there to find a true connection. Uma, 23, said ahead of entering the villa: “Now is a good time for me, I’m young. I’ve been single for my whole life, it’s about time I’m not single anymore. I’m ready for a boyfriend!

“When people first see me, they usually think I’m going to be horrible, they are always surprised when I’m not! I’ll bring confidence, and I like to think I’m funny.” Following her dramatic entrance, Uma pulled off Ayo’s blindfold as she told him to be quiet. He quipped: “Oh my goodness, darling, you’re s******g me, oh my word!” They then walked to the Hideaway together, leaving his love interest Mimii Ngulube unimpressed. Fans became convinced the pair already know each other and could even be exes.
