Britain’s Got Talent’s eagle-eyed viewers were left confused on Saturday night’s episode.

During the latest instalment, Jay and Joss, a magic and illusionist couple, performed a wedding-themed routine of magic tricks, leaving the judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli in utter disbelief.

The couple started their audition by talking about how they met, which was at the world’s largest magic convention, they then showed a sweet moment from their engagement in 2019 and then wedding four years later. However, one video the couple didn’t have was their honeymoon as they admitted they hadn’t had the holiday yet.

Jay and Joss then asked the judges for their help, using a balloon. Each judge had to hold the balloon and give a date, month and year their honeymoon would take place to which Simon picked the 7th, Amanda picked the month August and Alesha chose 2025. Bruno then had to shake the balloon, where the act popped it and a note came out saying 07/08/2025.

Alesha was then asked to guess how much money they would spend, joking it would be Simon’s cash, as she said £7,700.50, Amanda had to pick a hotel room number as she said 127 while Simon had to pick a showbiz pal that would entertain the duo, picking Nicole Scherzinger. Simon then had to pick a destination from a series of tags with strings, where he picked Blackpool.

Jay and Joss then said the judges’ choices were “completely random” and they couldn’t have known before the audition. However, the duo then teased that they could move forward in time in just the blink of an eye to the exact date, year and location. They both clicked their hands to which a video played on stage of their future honeymoon.

while public transport drove by with Nicole Scherzinger on the side. Both the judges and audience were left stunned, commenting it was “impossible”. During feedback, where the duo got four yeses, judge Simon insisted: “I swear none of it was planned in advance, it’s just blown my mind!”

However, some eagle-eyed viewers were left confused as the newspaper said Tuesday, August 7, 2025 but they pointed out the day would actually fall on a Thursday. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: “Nah I’m not having that!!! 7th August is in a Thursday next year!!

#BGT”, a different account put: “Hmmm… except 7th August 2025 is a Thursday… not a Tuesday #BGT”, another wrote: “Have I missed something or…. 7 August 2025 falls on a Thursday not a Tuesday… #BGT” while a different fan added: “7th August 2025 is on a Thursday not Tuesday #bgt.”
