Holly Willoughby sparked excitement among her fans with a teaser about an upcoming career move.

The beloved ex-presenter of This Morning took to Instagram on Thursday, May 23, to inform her impressive 8.4 million followers that she’d be going live later in the day to unveil her latest project.

Looking radiant as ever, Holly, aged 43, shared a video clip where she announced: “I just wanted to give you a little heads up that at 5.30pm today I am going to be back on here with my friends at Beauty Pie and I’ve got something to share with you.”

She added: “So 5.30pm today, I will be live and if you can’t make it, I will put the post on my grid – I’ll work out how to do that – but come and join me, it’d be lovely to see you there.”

As Holly joined her followers in an Instagram Live, she shared with fans the news of her second beauty edit with the cult skincare brand Beauty Pie, known as the On-The-Glow Edit. Aimed at providing quick and easy ‘no-mirror-makeup’ looks, this collection includes Holly’s new favourites for enhancing lips, cheeks, and lashes, all available to Beauty Pie members for the exclusive price of £55.

Holly took fans through every item of the collection the curated selection of summer must-haves, which comes neatly packed in a stylish silver travel case, reminiscent of the sought-after ones from Space NK. Following the success of her initial Beauty Pie collaboration the Holly-Day Edit which garnered rave reviews from customers calling it ‘a great bag of tricks!, reports OK!.

Holly is set to compete with This Morning host Cat Deeley for the title of Best TV Presenter at this year’s National Television Awards, following her departure from the popular ITV morning show.

The nominations were announced on Tuesday morning, sparking a friendly rivalry between the two daytime TV favourites. The winner will be decided by public vote and announced in September.

Announcing her departure on Instagram, Holly told her followers: “I have let ITV know today that after 14 years, I will not be returning to This Morning.She also shared a heartfelt message to her colleagues, saying: “To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you so so much. This is such a difficult goodbye, you are incredible and I forever will be proud of what we’ve done together.

“Expressing her gratitude further, she added: “Thank you to everyone at ITV for being supportive. To every guest who has sat on our sofa, thank you. Most of all, thank you to the wonderful viewers.”
