MUCH has been made of their chemistry, when TOWIE stars, Ella Rae Wise, 23 and Dan Edgar, 33, met on the recent cast trip to Bali.

Their poolside kiss sent ripples among their co-stars as they made their feelings explicit.

Many were take aback by Dan’s swift action, having only recently broken up with his girlfriend of six years, Amber Turner.

Back on homesoil, Ella and Dan are filmed enjoying their first date- fishing the Essex wilderness, sitting with their rods in the water, while Dan cracked open a bottle of champagne.

Dan poured the bubbles into a camping mug and said:

“Champagne out of a camping mug.”

To which Ella replied:

“What more could you ask for?”

She then added: “I’d much rather be here than anywhere else.”

And Dan replied: “That’s nice.”

But many viewers were left unconvinced by their rapport, with some even dubbing it a “showmance.”

One said: “Showmance, not buying it.”

Another said:  “She’s trying too hard.”

And another viewer said: “That chat is dead”

Meanwhile another said: “It’s a showmance orchestrated by the producers, wake up folks.”

And another said: “Lust will fizzle out.”

Indeed other intelligence suggests that the relationship has already fizzled out, after a series of cryptic messages from Ella on social media.

The 23-year-old jetted off to Dubai, enjoying the sun, sea and sand without Dan, as she shared a quote on her stories.

The quote read: “Best revenge is showing them your life got better after they left.”

She’s also shared an envy inducing photograph of an outdoor beach scene with soft lighting and glittering palm trees with the caption: “So grateful for whats to come.”

Previously she appeared to be set on fleeing Essex after the latest series, as she shared the message: “When I doubt, book that ticket and go.”

Followed up by: “Done and I am off tomoz.”

Given that Ella and Dan’s romance has risen from the ashes of his long term relationship with Amber Turner, loyalties have been tested among their co-stars.

Indeed Dan told how Amber’s pal Chloe Meadows had needled him about his romance with Ella.

During a chat with Jordan Brook and Roman Hackett, he said:

“I’ll tell you what wound me up; Chloe Meadows came over and went, ‘Can I ask you something? Is that what you are into, yeah? Is that what you’re into?’

“And I went, ‘What?’ And she went, ‘All that t**s out and slut dropping and stuff’.

“I went, ‘Are you talking about Ella?’ and she went, ‘Yeah’.”

“I just felt like, from the girl’s point of view, it was a little bit sore. Because at the end of the day, your mate’s moved on with someone else…

Amber and Dan split in May last year and in November she dropped a huge hint she’d moved on with a new man.

But The Sun revealed last month she’d already called time on the new relationship.
