SHOCK: Ben Affleck was seen with an 18-year-old girl young enough to be his daughter while STILL wearing his wedding ring – Lopez reacted ‘hilariously’ to this!

Ben Affleck took his children out for dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, with his wedding ring still on his finger amid mounting rumours his marriage with Jennifer Lopez, 54.

Has been over for months.

The actor, 51, brought Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and their friends to Kaz The Soba Place for an evening meal.

Violet, who looks the spitting image of her mother Jennifer Garner, 52, showed off her close bond with her father.

As they wrapped their arms around one another while walking to the restaurant.

Ben seemingly brushed aside his marital woes and looked like he was enjoying spending quality time with his children.

The actor was casually dressed in a plaid shirt, grey T-shirt and jeans, while Violet opted for a navy jumper and white and blue patterned skirt.

Fin – formerly known as Seraphina Rose – put on an animated display as they talked to their friend.

Ben and Jennifer’s youngest child Samuel, 12, didn’t appear to join them on the outing.

J-Lo, meanwhile, landed in New York City on Monday — and was still wearing her wedding ring —following a bombshell report that claimed her marriage to Ben has been ‘over for months’ now.

The insider also told Page Six the couple — who haven’t been photographed together in a month — have ‘been apart since March.’

The couple’s love story started in 2002 when they dated while filming the movie Jersey Girl. They became engaged the following year but broke up in 2004. They then rekindled their romance in the spring of 2021.

The duo married in a Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, followed by a lavish wedding at his Georgia estate on August 2022.

The pair — who have not been pictured together in almost one month — have been at the center of split rumours for months, and are said to be ‘on the edge of divorce.’

But despite their marital woes, the source added Ben is ‘very protective of Jennifer.’

On Monday it was reported the pair are selling off art work from inside their $60M mansion in Bel-Air, California. The house was listed for $65M last month.

And now it seems some of the pricy stuff inside the boxy white two story, 12-bedroom building – referred to as the ‘Wallingford estate’ – is being sold too.

Page Six claimed paintings and ‘other items’ were sold off to collectors in early June.

The lovebirds have not been seen in public together since June 2 when they had an awkward cheek kiss at his son Samuel’s basketball game in Los Angeles.

This comes days after People reported that Affleck picked up the last of his items from the dwelling when Jennifer was vacationing in Italy last month.

The stars are no longer living together; she is residing in their $60M Bel Air, California mansion while he is staying at his $100K a month rental located near his ex-wife Jennifer.

‘Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental,’ a source told the site.

Ben has been carrying on as business as usual amid the speculation he is ready to divorce his wife of only two years.

‘He’s been there for about two months now,’ another source added.

‘He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.’

Jennifer, on the other hand, seems to be trying to enjoy some fun this summer as she was seen in Paris then in Italy with close pals.

The two appear to still be in contact. They have business ties: J-Lo is set to star in two upcoming movies for Affleck and Matt Damon’s production company. Those films are Unstoppable and Kiss Of The Spider Woman.

This comes a week after a source told DailyMail.com that Jennifer is ‘over’ trying to make her marriage with Ben work.

Amid rumours about the status of the couple’s marriage, an industry insider has now claimed the pop star has reached her wit’s end and no longer feels that she can do any ‘more’ to save the relationship.

‘Jenny has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it’s not getting any better, it’s worse,’ a music industry source told DailyMail.com.

The insider adds the main reason JLo, left her husband was because he was always ‘grumpy and negative’ like Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street.

Jennifer is sad about the end of her nuptials but ‘is trying to make the best of it by working out, spending time with her twins Max and Emme and making new plans for 2025,’ they went on.

One of those new plans is resuming her This Is Me… Live tour for the summer of 2025 when she turns 56. She canceled the 2024 tour that was scheduled to kick off in July in order to ‘recollect herself.’

‘She is excited about going on tour next year when her personal life is on calmer ground and she can connect with her fans. She will take her tribe with her and make the most of it,’ said the source.

Insurable Interest: A Key Concept in Insurance

Insurable interest is a fundamental principle of insurance contracts that ensures the legitimacy and fairness of insurance transactions. It refers to the legal right or financial interest a person or entity must have in the subject matter of the insurance contract. The concept ensures that the policyholder has a stake in the preservation or protection of the insured property or life. Without insurable interest, an insurance policy would not be valid or enforceable.

Key Aspects of Insurable Interest

    Definition and Requirements

Definition: Insurable interest is a financial or other interest that one party has in the life, property, or liability that is the subject of insurance.
Requirements: It must be present at the time the insurance policy is issued. The policyholder should have a reasonable expectation of financial loss if the insured event occurs.

    Examples of Insurable Interest

Life Insurance: A spouse has an insurable interest in the life of their partner because their financial security is tied to that person’s life.
Property Insurance: A homeowner has an insurable interest in their home and its contents because they own them.
Business Insurance: A company has an insurable interest in the health of its key employees, as their loss would affect business operations.

    Purpose and Importance

Protection Against Moral Hazard: Ensures that the policyholder has a genuine interest in the preservation of the property or life, thus reducing the likelihood of fraudulent claims.
Legitimacy of Insurance Contracts: Guarantees that insurance contracts are not merely speculative bets on the occurrence of an event.

Types of Insurable Interest

Personal Insurable Interest: Direct and personal, such as a spouse having an interest in the life of the other spouse.
Financial Insurable Interest: A business owner has an interest in their inventory or machinery as loss would impact the business financially.
Property Insurable Interest: An individual has an interest in their home or car.

Legal Implications

Life Insurance: Some jurisdictions require insurable interest only at the inception of the policy, while others require ongoing insurable interest throughout the policy term.
Property Insurance: Insurance contracts may require insurable interest to be maintained throughout the duration of the policy. Failure to comply could result in the invalidation of claims.

Application in Insurance Policies

Underwriting Process: Insurable interest is a key consideration during the underwriting process to assess risk and establish premiums.
Claims Process: Insurable interest ensures that claims are legitimate, reducing fraudulent claims and ensuring that policyholders have a genuine financial stake.

Conclusion

Insurable interest is a foundational concept in insurance that ensures the integrity and validity of insurance contracts. It safeguards against moral hazard, establishes fairness in insurance transactions, and ensures that insurance policies provide genuine protection to policyholders. Understanding and applying insurable interest in insurance contracts is crucial for all parties involved, ensuring the protection and legitimacy of the insurance industry.
