OMG!! Mike Tyson Is Planning To Retire Again And May Cancel His Fight With Jake Paul For Unexpected Reasons

All eyes are on Mike Tyson as the legendary boxer prepares to come out of retirement for a highly anticipated match against Jake Paul. Scheduled four years after his last bout with Roy Jones Jr. in 2020, the 57-year-old Tyson is eager to prove his prowess against the much younger Paul.

Evander Holyfield, who famously fought Tyson in 1996, shared his thoughts on the upcoming match with FightHub TV. The 61-year-old former champion expressed doubt about Tyson’s endurance, suggesting that Tyson might quit midway through the fight. “It all depends on how Jake fights,” Holyfield said. “The point is whether Jake Paul can take a good shot. I have never seen him get hit by anybody. But you never know, Mike might just quit in the ring and sit down and say, ‘I’m done.’”

Despite their friendship, Tyson is determined to beat Paul, and their clash is expected to be sanctioned as a professional fight rather than an exhibition. However, many fans are skeptical about Tyson’s performance due to his age.

Paul, a divisive figure in the boxing world, has lost only one fight, against Tommy Fury last year. He believes defeating Tyson would be a significant achievement and has been bulking up to handle the older, more experienced boxer.

Former champion Carl Froch has been vocal about his disapproval of the fight. In an interview with Safebettingsites.co.uk, Froch criticized the match, calling it “an exhibition” and saying it shouldn’t happen at all. He also mentioned alleged contractual clauses that might reduce Tyson’s earnings if he wins in a certain manner.

“The Jake Paul – Mike Tyson fight shouldn’t be happening at all,” Froch said. “From what I’m hearing, Tyson gets paid less if he wins in round one or gets a knockout. That’s Mike Tyson’s chance, isn’t it? He still has his power, but his fitness and reflexes are not what they used to be. Jake Paul is a massive favorite in this exhibition, which I think shouldn’t be happening.”

Froch added, “I think it’s embarrassing. Jake Paul trying to promote the show is a joke. I hope Tyson lands a couple of shots and puts Paul in his place, but unfortunately, it’s pre-scripted. I’m not going to watch it.”

As the fight approaches, fans and critics alike are eagerly awaiting to see if Tyson can defy the odds and if Paul can hold his own against a boxing legend. The outcome remains uncertain, but the anticipation continues to build.
