The fight, which will be eight two-minute rounds with slightly larger gloves (14 ounce) than normal, is officially sanctioned by the state of Texas.
Paul began his boxing career by sparring other YouTube stars and has gradually elevated his game. He moved on to UFC fighters who were considerably older or past their prime. He recently entered into a traditional boxing route before agreeing to this fight. His only loss is to Tommy Fury, the younger half-brother of boxing heavyweight Tyson Fury.
Tyson, who officially retired from professional boxing in 2005, has not boxed since his 2020 exhibition against boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. That fight ended in a draw. Tyson won his first 37 fights before losing to Buster Douglas on Feb. 11, 1990, in Tokyo, Japan. He won his next eight fights before his infamous bouts with Evander Holyfield. Tyson is considered one of the greatest boxers of all time.
