Reese will rock the Joker-themed Reebok shoes for the Sky-Fever meeting in Indianapolis.

Footwear reporter Nick DePaul shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Reese would don the shoes for Sunday’s WNBA game.

Reese reposted the report, seemingly confirming the news.

She will wear the special shoes designed by Marvin Baroota that will feature the Joker’s smile with “Ha ha ha” lettering written on the sides.

Fans were impressed with the LSU product Reese’s gameday sneakers.

“Leaning into the villain archetype. Love to see it,” one commented.

“These are cold. Sheesh!” a second wrote.

“These are fire,” a third stated.

Sunday will be the second game Reese and Clark will take on each other in the WNBA after their intense college battles.

The Fever won the first matchup on June 1.

Caitlin Clark breaks her silence on being snubbed by USA’s 2024 Olympics team and says she’s still rooting for them

During that same game, Sky guard Chennedy Carter hit Clark from behind while the latter was waiting for an inbounds pass.

Carter was hit with a foul and eventually a flagrant 1 the following day.

Reese was spotted standing up from the bench and applauding her teammate after the foul.

It’s safe to say the Sky rookie power forward and Clark has a bit of history.

Reese and LSU defeated Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes in the 2023 women’s national championship game.

At the end of the game, Reese pointed her ring finger toward Clark.

The latter would get revenge the following season as Iowa defeated LSU in this year’s Elite Eight.

Caitlin Clark fever

CAITLIN Clark’s impact was already felt by the WNBA even before she was drafted.

The Iowa college superstar went No. 1 overall to the Indiana Fever in a surprise to absolutely nobody.

The Indiana Fever had 36 of their 40 games in the 2024 season scheduled for national TV – up from 22 last year.

Teams also moved their games against the Fever to bigger arenas to cater for the extra ticket demand.

Clark helped the NCAA draw 18.9 million viewers for the women’s championship game, more than the 14.8 million who watched the men’s decider.

She has also already signed a deal with Nike worth upwards of $20 million.

The Hawkeyes went on to lose in the national title game to the undefeated South Carolina Gamecocks.

Reese’s Sky and Clark’s Fever have struggled so far this season as both teams have an 8-18 record combined.

Clark has averaged 15.6 points, six assists, and 4.9 rebounds entering Sunday while Reese has averaged 12.2 points and 10 rebounds a game entering Sunday’s game.
