No player is under more pressure tonight than Kyrie Irving. The talented guard for the Dallas Mavericks needs to step up in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

With tipoff still several hours away, Irving’s wife, Marlene Wilkerson, is gaining traction on social media.

Irving and Wilkerson were first linked together in 2018. They were spotted at his youth basketball tournament.

Even though Irving and Wilkerson have kept the details regarding their relationship very private, they appear to be happy from the outside looking in. Over the past few years, they’ve welcomed two children into the world.

In August 2022, Irving posted a few photos of Wilkerson on Instagram along with a heartfelt captio.

“It’s been an honor to see you become a Mother and raise Kaire, and I am grateful I get to experience all of the growth with YOU,” Irving wrote. “Thank you for everything my love. Continue to be a LIGHT And illuminate the path creator put in front of you.”

Wilkerson, who was born in 1993, grew up in Los Angeles. She eventually graduated from California State University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing.

Fast forward to 2015, and Wilkerson started her online shop, The Fine Guru. She also started posting videos regularly on YouTube.

“I started my own clothing line, and I used social media as a platform and a tool to basically market my company,” Wilkerson said in a video, via People. “I did not have a lot of followers on Instagram, I didn’t have a YouTube channel at all, so I literally started from ground zero.”

Wilkerson will undoubtedly be rooting for the Mavericks tonight in Game 3 of the Finals.
