It was a short but powerful statement Aaron Rodgers made through the folks at People, they were the ones who got the exclusive from a source close to the New York Jets player. Author Ian O’Connor wrote the book ‘Out of Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers’. He got an exclusive quote from Aaron after the scandal broke that reads: “The issues with my family are deep-rooted. She has nothing to do with all the years of prior estrangement.” This leaves the accusations against Munn as a fluke that only shows the family really didn’t like her.

According to People, Olivia Munn herself is really happy because Aaron Rodgers reportedly defended her from slander. Although they broke up long ago, Olivia and Aaron really felt a deep connection and they both maintain respect for each other. A source close to Munn spoke to the folks at People about her reaction to Rodgers defending her after all these years.
