After the NBA player was granted sole physical custody by the court, Christian Wood‘s ex-girlfriend Yasmine Lopez will be permitted to have supervised visits with her son.

According to court records that RadarOnline.com was able to get, Lopez will have a professional supervisor/monitor present when she visits her son Kobe at Wood’s Beverly Hills residence for the duration of the three-year restraining order that the court granted Wood against his ex. Three one-hour visits each week are permitted for her. The order stated,

“[Lopez] shall arrive and leave after the visit concludes peacefully,” 

At a recent court, Wood was granted exclusive legal and physical custody of his son, as was previously reported. Despite receiving the documentation, Lopez did not show up for the hearing.

Reason for rift between Yasmine and Christian Wood

Wood begged for the permanent restraining order against Lopez, which he had been granted in March, throughout the hearing. In his testimony, he claimed that on February 23, 2024, Lopez and many of her girlfriends purportedly showed up at his house.

Wood said that his ex-partner had destroyed his Mercedes-Benz by leaving severe scratches on the whole vehicle. He claimed that after spotting Lopez roving around his property, his neighbor phoned the police.

She said,

 “I wouldn’t be hopping nobody’s fence for no f—— reason, but I don’t condone violence. I don’t.”

TMZ reported that Lopez was taken into custody right away. Lopez talked about the incident a few days later. Wood said in his petition that Lopez had a track record of causing damage to his land. He described an event that happened in August 2023, when she allegedly broke into his house and destroyed a number of items.

Yasmine doesn’t seem to be upset that she won’t being seeing her kid too often because she posted after the ruling that she is thankful to have a Hot Girl Summer since Wood will be doing all the parenting.
