Friends star Jennifer Aniston delighted fans this week with a “summertime photo dump”, including a stunning beach trip wearing nothing but a black string two-piece

Jennifer Aniston has been branded the “hottest woman alive” after stripping to a teeny black bikini for her most recent beach excursion.

The Friends star, 54, shared a “summer photo dump” with her millions of fans on Instagram, and looked incredible as she made her way onto a beach studded with palm trees.

Jen let her washboard abs take centre stage in a plunging black bikini top, tied together in the back and featuring spaghetti straps that rose up her toned shoulders.

With a black and white striped towel secured around her waist, Jen exposed swathes of her skin, adding a wide-brimmed straw hat and a pair of dark sunglasses as she went full beach chic with a drink in hand.

The star let her mouse brown hair fall in damp waves past her shoulders and seemed to go mostly make-up free as she headed down to the white sands with someone filming her from behind.

In another post, Jen slipped into a strappy black dress as she walked along a sandy path alongside stars including Jimmy Kimmel and Jason Bateman’s wife Amanda Anka.

Bizarrely, Jennifer later donned a set of compression boots as she lay down flat on a gym floor. Touted to offer an “air massage” for your legs, the boots have been proven to reduce soreness and increase blood flow after a workout.

The star’s Body Ballancer treatment offered her a lymphatic drainage massage and helps to decongest the hips, thighs and bottom.

Jen tries to exercise five times a week, but has “retrained her brain” over the years when it comes to fitness.

She told British Vogue: “It used to be pounding, pounding, pounding. You had to get 45 minutes to an hour of cardio; otherwise, you weren’t getting a workout.

“Not only do you stress your body, you burn out – who wants to do that at all?” she said.

Captioning her post on Instagram, Jennifer penned: “Summertime photo dump” along with a series of happy emojis.
