Britney Spears has spoken out about an incident at the Chateau Marmont hotel, and claimed that reports about it were false and featured “body doubles”

Britney Spears has claimed “body doubles” were used after an incident sparked concerns over her mental health.

The pop star made a mysterious return to social media following an incident at the renowned Chateau Marmont hotel, dismissing reports about it as false and featuring “body doubles.”

The singer recently resolved not only her conservatorship battle against her father, Jamie, but also her divorce from Sam Asghari.

Despite these victories, her unsettling social media posts continue to worry fans.

Fresh concerns have arisen following an alleged altercation with boyfriend Richard Paul Soliz at the Los Angeles hotel, which led to authorities being called and Spears reportedly leaving the premises in a dishevelled state.

However, she has now addressed the incident, branding it as “fake,” and even claimed that the woman featured in the photos was a body double.

Britney voiced her thoughts on Instagram, “Just to let people know…the news is fake!!!

“Most of the pics are body doubles and I think most know that!!! I would like respect at this time for people to understand I am getting stronger everyday!!!

“Truth sucks so can someone teach me how to lie??? Goddesses out there, I’m reaching my higher power and furthermore, I hope you guys are too!!!”

She then went on to write about needing a toothbrush and an espresso, before revealing she was on her period and “b****y” as a result.

TMZ reports that authorities were summoned to Chateau Marmont on Wednesday night following allegations of a woman, fitting the description of the If U Seek Amy singer, causing a disturbance and threatening staff and guests.

However, upon finding no evidence of trouble, they departed.

In the early hours of Thursday, paramedics were called to the scene following an alleged altercation between Britney and Paul, which is said to have become physical, potentially resulting in an injury to the singer’s leg.

The emergency services were alerted due to reports of Spears screaming and appearing “out of control” in her suite’s hallway, leading other guests to fear she was experiencing a mental health “crisis.”

Upon arrival, paramedics encountered Spears outside the hotel, dressed in crumpled pyjama shorts, clutching a pillow, and draped in a blanket. She was barefoot and seemed to have been crying.

Despite the call-out, Spears did not depart in the ambulance but left the premises with her security team. Soliz was not present at the time.
