Justin Bieber Criticizes Eminem, Suggests Icon ‘Doesn’t Grasp’ the Evolution of Rap in New Generation
Justin Bieber has taken a swipe at Eminem, claiming the musician ‘doesn’t understand the new generation of rap.’
The Sorry hitmaker, 25, squared up to the Stan rapper, 46, on his Instagram story after posting a screenshot showing he was listening to Eminem’s The Ringer from his latest album Kamikaze.
The album, which hit the number spots on the UK and US Billboard charts, features several diss tracks aimed at artists including Machine Gun Kelly, Joe Budden, Lil Yachty, Lil Xan and Lil Pump

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Eminem and Justin for comment.
Although the post may ignite fractious relations between the pair, it appears they have been friendly in the past.

Justin also covered the rapper’s 2002 hit Lose Yourself, during a concert in London back in 2015.
Love Yourself singer Justin has ventured into rapping in the past, most memorably on 2012 hit song, Boyfriend where he uttered the lines ‘swag, swag, swag, on you, sitting by the fire while we eatin’ fondue.’
Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly, 28, famously got into a war of words when the Monster rapper slammed him in Killshot.
The Wild Boy hitmaker took to Twitter to poke fun at the hit as he claimed his rival only responded to his track Rap Devil ‘2 weeks and 3 interviews later.’

The bad blood between the pair reportedly started when Kelly – whose real name Richard Colson Baker – made some comments about Eminem’s daughter Hailie, 22, six years ago.
‘OK so I just saw a picture of Eminem’s daughter… and I have to say, she is hot as f***, in the most respectful way possible cuz Em is king,’ he tweeted in 2012 as reported by PEOPLE.
In the track, the Just The Two Of Us musician raps: ‘You ain’t never made a list next to no Biggy, no Jay, next to Taylor Swift and that Iggy h*, you about to really blow. Kelly, they’ll be putting your name next to Ja, next to Benzino – die, motherf***er!’
Killshot followed Kelly’s Rap Devil diss track, which he released earlier this month in response to Eminem’s first MGK diss track, 2017’s Not Alike.
The Slim Shady star stepped up his ongoing bitter battle with his rival in the diss track and even released album artwork that appears to depict a cartoon picture of MGK’s face inside the scope of a weapon with his eyes covered by two red Xs.
