Serbian tennis legend Novak Djokovic and Spanish tennis ace Carlos Alcaraz will face each other in the 2024 Wimbledon final. The two players will compete in the final for the second consecutive year, and given how last year’s final played out, the stakes are high this year as well. This has caused ticket prices for the Wimbledon final to go through the roof.

While most of the seats are already booked, the ticket prices for the limited seats available are soaring like never before. The anticipation of a thrilling match has led to increased demand, pushing the prices much higher than usual.

According to CLLCT’s Darren Rovell, ticket prices for the 2024 Wimbledon final are reaching new heights, and the match could become “the most expensive get-in finals.” Rovell claimed that a ticket for the “worst seat” at Centre Court is costing more than $10,000.

Upon research, it was found that the minimum price for a ticket in Section 210 Debenture is $16,276. For two tickets, the cheapest price is $13,885 in the Centre Court Debenture.

The 2024 season has been no different with a large number of people, including celebrities from different verticals flocking to the stadium to watch some of the most thrilling matches. Now, as the tournament has reached its near conclusion and the men’s singles final is set to be played on Sunday between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic, the anticipation is higher than ever.

Last year, when the two players locked horns in the title clash, it was an intensely fought match with both Alcaraz and Djokovic staying in the hunt till the very end. The match swung like a pendulum in the two players’ favor until Alcaraz clinched the fifth set 6-4 after a grueling battle for close to five hours. The fans are expecting the same this time around and hence, the seats are filling faster than ever.
