COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCBD) – If you were planning to see Justin Timberlake in Columbia next month, you are out of luck.

Timberlake is touring across the United States following the release of his latest album, ‘Everything I Thought It Was,’ with plans to head overseas in July.

The musician’s June 8 concert – part of his The Forget Tomorrow world tour – at Colonial Life Area has been canceled and taken off his official tour list online. There seemingly has been no explanation for the sudden cancellation.

“Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event,” Ticketmaster said under the event listing online.

Ticketmaster said a refund will be issued to the ticketholder’s original payment method once funds are received from the event organizer.

Performances are still planned for Atlanta, Georgia on June 10 and Raleigh, North Carolina on June 12. He will be in Tulsa, Oklahoma two days before the previously planned stop in South Carolina’s capital city.

News 2 reached out to Colonial Life Area. We have not heard back as of Friday afternoon.
