Jessica Biel opened up about how she and husband Justin Timberlake find time to connect amid their demanding work schedules.

Timberlake, 42, has recently gone on tour and Biel has been busy with her new book, A Kids Guide To Periods – but the actress has credited technology with helping them stay in touch.

During an appearance on The View, Jessica, 42, was asked how she finds time to connect with Justin despite his tour schedule and her many commitments.

‘It’s always a work in progress,’ Jessica said. ‘It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time we can connect.’

‘Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime! For traveling families — for everybody, really — but for parents who are gone a lot, that’s been really helpful.

‘Just finding the time we can connect and see each other in person, get him with the kids. We’ve never done this before with two,’ she added. ‘So, I don’t know. I’m already exhausted, it’s been four shows.

‘I don’t know how he is going to do it, I don’t know how we’re going to do it, but we’re going to get through it.’

Back in late April, Timberlake kicked off his seventh headlining concert tour – The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.

He will be performing a total of 77 shows in cities across North America and Europe before wrapping up in December.

The tour, which is his first in five years, is in support of his sixth studio album, Everything I Thought It Was – which he released on March 15.

Jessica is also busy with the release of her new book, A Kids Book About Periods, and her career in Hollywood.

Speaking of how her new book came to be, she told The View: ‘It was kind of an accident, actually. Female reproductive health and people’s reproductive health has just always been interesting to me. Wellness, you know, just all of these things in this space,’ she explained.

‘But we met with Jelani Memory who owns this company A Kids Co. I have a ton of these books for my kids. And we just started talking about things that were interesting to me and at the end of the discussion, we were writing this book.
