A Night With Whoopi took place in Venice, California and welcomed a range of guests including Leslie Jones, William Stanford, Meagan Good (wearing lace-up ankle boots) and Jo Koy. For the occasion honoring her expanding entrepreneurial pursuits, the EGOT winner opted for a matching pants and shirt set with a vibrant pattern. Against a light pink background was a myriad of wooden huts with straw roofs, adding hues of brown, yellow and gray to the outfit. The pants were designed with a straight-leg fit, while the shirt was a long-sleeved button-down, which the actress wore over a black shirt.

Goldberg, who doesn’t like to be uncomfortable, paired her uniquely printed set with a pair of waterproof sandals. The outdoor shoes featured a blue, black and gray colorway and were designed with a rubber toe and cutouts along the side, seemingly revealing black socks underneath. This popular style of closed-toe sandal is designed to withstand a myriad of outdoor activities including hiking.

Goldberg attended Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars gala in October 2023, where she emphasized the importance of comfort in her footwear.

“For me, it’s all about, ‘Am I comfortable?’” Goldberg said. “If I’m comfortable, then life is good. If I’m uncomfortable, your life’s going to be tough.” At that event, “The View” host wore white socks with black platform sandals by Melissa Fisherman. She also revealed that day that she is a fan of clogs from Crocs, sneakers and chunky sandals. She again showed her love of comfort when she wore fur-lined shoes from Birkenstock on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in 2022.
