Jayson Tatum Mocks Bucks For Letting Celtics Get Jrue Holiday
One of the biggest reasons the Boston Celtics made it all the way to the NBA Finals this year has been the play of Jrue Holiday.
Over the offseason, the Milwaukee Bucks traded Holiday away in a package that netted them Damian Lillard. Neither Holiday nor his wife were pleased with the move.
Shortly thereafter Holiday was sent to the Celtics. Almost immediately he made a massive impact on the defensive side of the ball and helped guide the squad to where they are now – one win from winning an NBA championship.
Chuck: "It's a pleasure and a privilege to watch him [Jrue] play defense… he's the biggest difference on y'all team this year."

This week Celtics star Jayson Tatum couldn’t help but take a little jab at the rival Bucks for letting Holiday fall into their laps.
“I don’t know how they let us get him but, I’m so happy that we got Jrue on our team and we’re just very fortunate,” Tatum said.
“He just makes winning plays. Obviously, he’s been here and won a championship.”

“More than anything, he raises everyone’s level on defense. On the team we have, you don’t want to be the weakest link on defense. We all take pride in guarding our guy. It starts with Jrue Holiday and we’re just trying to match his level.”
Game 4 obviously didn’t go Boston’s way. But no team in NBA history has ever come back from being down 0-3 in the Finals, and it is unlikely that the Dallas Mavericks will be any different.
Barring something crazy occurring, Holiday is set to become a two-time champ within the next week.
