Prince William told a story that he couldn’t believe he was retelling. A story that leaves him “cringing”.

During an event at Buckingham Palace in 2013, he was his usual “charming and interactive” with guests.

On this particular night, Prince William was sitting next to Taylor Swift while the guests enjoyed a mini-concert put on by Jon Bon Jovi.

“Little did I think what was going to happen next. After Bon Jovi finishes his first song, Ms. Swift turns to me. She puts her hand on my arm, looks me

in the eye and says, ‘Come on, William. Let’s go sing.”

The Duke of Cambridge said that

“To this day, I still don’t know what came over me. Honestly, even now, I’m cringing. I don’t understand why I gave in.”

Trying to keep himself composed, there was a lot of sweating.

“A lot of people might think that I’m comfortable onstage. I’ve done so many speech’s and things like that, they’re not a problem. But, I’ve not done singing.”
