Is it getting hot in here or is it just Alan Ritchson as he prepares to bare all? In a recent Instagram post, Ritchson quickly got in a full-body workout before filming a nude scene for season three of ‘Reacher.’ 

While he’s previously graced the screen with notable roles, Alan Ritchson’s portrayal of Jack Reacher in the Amazon Prime hit TV show ‘Reacher’ is what has truly set hearts ablaze. Ritchson has effortlessly charmed fans and captivated audiences worldwide with his compelling acting and with the help of his impeccable physique.

Actor Alan Ritchson Shares How He Gets His Body Primed for a Nude Scene W/ Latest ‘Reacher’ Workout

After sharing a recent post on Instagram, fans will be happy to hear Alan Ritchson will be stripping down for a nude scene in the third season of ‘Reacher.’ Ritchson also revealed the full-body workout he did before recording to ensure he was ripped on set.
Alan Ritchson’s Full Body Workout 

Stair Master – 16 Minutes 
Low Cable Fly – 4 Sets – 25 Reps 
Shoulder Press (With Arnold’s Added In) – 4 Sets – 25 Reps 
High Row – 4 Sets – 25 Reps 
Leg Press – 300lbs 4 Sets – 25 Reps or 400lbs 4 Sets – 15 Reps 
Calf Raises – 4 Sets – 25 Reps 

Alan Ritchson starts off his intense full-body workout hitting the stair master for 16 minutes, where he shared he hit a new PR (Personal Record). From there, the actor moved into cable flyes.

“Now we begin…”

Next up, Ritchson goes straight into shoulder presses where he adds in a little flare with some Arnold presses.

“Without stopping go right into 4×25 shoulder press (With some Arnold’s mixed in)” Ritchson wrote.

“I was squeezing this in before work. Clothes had to come off so I wanted to hit the whole body.”

After blitzing his arms, Ritchson moved into back training.

“Now turn it around and hit the back.”

Despite being fatigued from high rows, Ritchson carried on with the workout.

“Pretty gassed by this point. But can’t leave before hitting the legs.”

Finally, Ritchson finishes off the workout with some leg presses and calf raises just before running out of time.

“Ran out of time for more. (Thank God)”

Even though Alan Ritchson has proved he kills it in the gym to achieve his swoon-worthy physique, his use of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has some individuals up in arms. This includes celebrity trainer Don Saladino who previously shared that he wishes stars would stop making excuses for their steroid use and ‘fucking own it.’

“First off, have you done everything in your power to do it naturally? The answer is no” Saladino said.
