LeBron James has not only grown as a player in his 21-year NBA career but also as a human being. His influence transcends the boundaries of the NBA court and has touched many lives, be it via his regal performances or his charitable ventures. But humans keep evolving, and the learning never ends. He might be a King, but LeBron James is no exception.

Recently, a social media account posted a picture of Keanu Reeves with one of his life mantras. In the Hollywood star’s portrait, a quote was inserted, and it read, “I’m at that stage in life where I stay out of discussions. Even if you say 1+1=5, you’re right — have fun.”

The post came to the attention of LeBron James as the former Cavs forward shared it on his IG story. While mostly agreeing with John Wick, LBJ wrote, “I’m swear I’m almost there! About 95%. This last 5 gone be a mutha to capture.”

The example of the remaining 5% was on display recently when LeBron unfollowed his former teammate, Kendrick Perkins after the analyst accused him of “weaseling” his way into Kyrie Irving’s story in the NBA Finals.

As LeBron James heads toward an uncertain future with the Lakers, many speculations have popped up regarding his next move. While it is certain that the four-time NBA Champion won’t be hanging up his sneakers next season, theories are already out there about what should be his next move following his retirement.

ESPN Told to Pursue LeBron James

It doesn’t make sense for ESPN to pursue LeBron James. But it will once he decides to call it a day. Recently, The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand suggested that LeBron James should take the Tom Brady route.

According to the reporter, ESPN should already push LeBron to sign a deal with them for an analyst role, just like Brady did. The NFL GOAT signed a 10-year $375 million deal to dissect the games from next season on the screen. Given LeBron’s ball knowledge, the 39-year-old could be a must-see TV if the broadcasting channel decides to do so.

LeBron previously showed interest in following Tom Brady’s path to a media role and contemplated making the switch once his career ended.

LeBron may not have much time remaining on the court, but he certainly has much time to grow and imprint Keanu Reeves’ motto on his own life.
