Kate and Prince William hosted a Buckingham Palace garden party just a few days after King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation. The Princess opted to recycle the light blue Elie Saab top and skirt that she wore to Royal Ascot in 2019 along with the same hat with floral detail, a silver clutch and coordinating heels. One difference? Back in 2019, Kate completed her look with Kiki Mcdonough blue topaz and diamond drop earrings. People across the U.K. were invited to gather with neighbors for the events — originally conceived by the Eden Project, the events are intended to “boost community spirit, reduce loneliness and support charities and good causes.”

“I think this is her power moment — she’s easing into the Princess of Wales role and that promotion that she’s had in such a beautiful way,” Bethan Holt, fashion director at The Daily Telegraph, recently told PEOPLE of Kate’s latest looks. “She’s got this big new title, and she’s dressing for that job.”

Bennett — a piece that’s been in her closet since 2011. Under her coat, Kate wore another familiar piece: her Holland Cooper Fair Isle turtleneck sweater.

Princess Kate was joined by several British celebrity supporters in a video surrounding her Shaping Us campaign. She wore her blue Jenny Packham dress, previously worn during a 2019 visit to Northern Ireland.
