Jrue Holiday has played a pivotal role in the Celtics’ setup on their way to the NBA Finals. Apparently, as the recent social media post suggested, Holiday is also equally important in hatching plans for his family and close ones.

Jrue Holiday’s cousin, Jade Wilson, shared a video of Kevin Hart and Kai Cenat dancing in a hilarious video with the caption, “Me and my cousin performing the best show at the family meeting for our mom’s to let us sleep over.”

Holiday was tagged in the post, and the Cs guard shared it on his IG story with a laughing emoji. The jovial interaction between Holiday and his cousin showed how they could relate to the subject or used to during their childhood.

For Holiday, humor is a part of his life, as he is often seen cracking jokes with a straight face when faced with the media.

Jrue Holiday Brings Humor to Press Duties as Well

Jrue Holiday has silently played a stellar role in Joe Mazzulla’s formula this season. The point guard averaged 12.5 points per game in the regular season in 69 outings. His shooting efficiency and ball handling have been key for the Boston franchise, which can have four different capable ball handlers on the court at any given time.

Aside from his timing on the court, Holiday has been flawless with his off-court actions and in front of the media. When asked about the Celtics’ defensive performance following game 1, the former Bucks guard said, “I think it helps a lot. Throwing different guys at him (Luka Doncic). Different guys that play defense differently. Some aggressive, some not. I think even our white guys guard.”

Even before the game, Holiday had a witty response to a question about Kyrie Irving. When asked about the strategy to put Doncic and Kyrie Irving off their shooting game, Holiday simply replied, “Pray.”

After taking the lead in game 1, the Celtics are gearing up for game 2 on Sunday as Jrue Holiday hopes to continue being the cog in the machine that keeps the Boston side rolling.
