While her boyfriend enjoys his getaway with friends, Cameron Brink is recovering from the ACL injury she suffered in June and is sidelined for the remainder of her rookie season.

In the 15 games she played in her rookie season, Brink averaged 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.1 steals, and 2.3 blocks while shooting 39.8% from the field.

The second overall pick of the 2024 WNBA Draft was also slated to be a part of Team USA’s 3×3 women’s basketball team; however, her ACL injury prevented her from featuring at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Cameron Brink was last seen cheering from the sidelines as the LA Sparks suffered a blowout 103-68 defeat against the New York Liberty on Thursday to kick off the second half of their 2024 WNBA season with a loss.

They suffered another loss against the Chicago Sky on Saturday, as they are currently tied with the Dallas Wings for the second-last spot in the league standings with a 6-20 record. With Brink unavailable to play, they will likely miss the WNBA playoffs for the fourth straight season.
