Unsurprisingly, France was at the top of this 2024 draft. Zaccharie Risacher, Alex Sarr and Tidjane Salaun made the top 10, with a visibly proud Victor Wembanyama. He will have many companions next year.

We could have feared a trade from the Hawks and a little surprise for this event, but none of that happened.

Zacharie Risacher moved to first position, while Trae Young and Dejounte Murray could be traded.

France shines (again) in the draft

The Hawks decided in favor of the Frenchman, even if a trade has long been an option for the future.

Great happiness for Risacher, followed closely by Sarr, called up 5 minutes later for the Wizards.

A new teammate for Bilal Coulibaly, and again, an excellent defensive player. We imagine that the fans are delighted.

And that’s not all, since Tidjane Salaun was chosen by the Hornets in sixth position for his side.
