Jake Paul fights Mike Perry on July 20

Jake Paul puts his Mike Tyson mega-fight on the line when he faces former UFC star Mike Perry on July 20th.

Social media star Paul was scheduled to fight ‘Iron Mike’ next month but the controversial bout has been pushed back to November 15 after Tyson suffered a stomach ulcer flare-up. Paul considered sitting on the sidelines to wait for Tyson to recover but had a change of heart and agreed to fight bare-knuckle boxing champion Perry.

Perry has just one professional boxing win under his belt but is unbeaten in five bare-knuckle boxing fights. The UFC veteran sparred Paul before he fought Ben Askren three years ago and both men have given different accounts of how the session went. So here’s all you need to know about their fight…

When is Jake Paul vs Mike Perry and what time will it start in the UK?

Paul : “As I prepare for my fight against Iron Mike, there’s no better opponent for me than Mike Perry. He’s a proven knockout artist who has shown to be a maniac in and out of the ring. This is the perfect experience for me to gain in advance of facing Mike Tyson. Those who know me know I’m a risk taker and while ‘Platinum’ Perry might try to end me, I’m Jake Paul and I fear no man.”

Perry : “Jake Paul claims he fears no man, but on Saturday, July 20, the world will see the truth: he just made the worst mistake of his life in trying to get through me before Iron Mike. I’m going to make it look easy and I’m going to teach Jake Paul the most he’s ever learned about fighting.”
