Since the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson was confirmed, the YouTuber-turned-boxer has shown great confidence in his ability to beat the boxing legend. However, Tyson has shown that he takes the fight very seriously, and his impressive fitness after the health emergency backs that up.

Mike Tyson, at 57, has maintained excellent physical condition despite having to reschedule his fight with Jake Paul due to health problems.

Originally scheduled for July 20, the fight will now take place on November 15. Despite the date change, Tyson has shown himself to be in enviable shape, ready to take on Paul.

Mike Tyson’s physique after his health emergency

In a promotional video posted on Instagram, Tyson showed off his figure as he stepped out of the sauna, sponsored by a sauna company throughout the fight camp.

The legendary boxer can be seen looking in excellent shape, showing how seriously he is taking his training. Many fans initially thought the fight would be just an exhibition, however, Tyson has insisted that it be a professional fight, and the Texas Athletic Commission has honored his request.

Tyson has not had a professional fight since 2005, when he retired during his bout against Kevin McBride. Despite the 30-year age difference between Tyson and Paul, the veteran boxer is confident of another victory and another knockout on his record.

“Iron Mike” continues to work hard to improve his physique and eliminate any rust from the ring. Tyson’s dedication and preparation ensures that he will be in top form when he faces Jake Paul.

The anticipated fight between Tyson and Paul promises to be a fascinating spectacle, not only because of the clash of generations, but also because of Mike’s remarkable return to the ring.
